How It Operates

  1. Establish tags designating whether they occur during the day or not.
  2. Review each tag's status at day's end.
  3. After several days, analyze accumulated data to reveal correlations between tags.

To Optimize App Usage:

  • Capture as many details as possible. Even seemingly mundane activities might unveil valuable correlations (e.g., consuming turmeric in the mornings).
  • For events that recur multiple times daily (e.g., walks), differentiate them using identifiers like "walk #1" and "walk #2."
